How much does it cost to use Copperline?
Nothing. The service is free to you. Participating restoration companies pay for introductions; the company you choose quotes and performs the work.
What happens after I submit a request?
Your request goes to an independent restoration company that serves your ZIP code, and they contact you to confirm the details and arrange an inspection. Urgent, active-water requests are routed first.
Are the restoration companies licensed?
Participating companies are expected to hold the licensing Arizona requires for the work they do. Always ask for the company's Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) license number and verify it at roc.az.gov before work begins.
Do I have to hire the company I'm connected with?
No. You're free to get other quotes or decline. Nothing is owed to Copperline either way.
Can the restoration company work with my insurance?
