What we collect
When you request help, we collect what you enter: what happened, whether water is still coming in, your ZIP code, property type, whether you own or rent, timing, whether you plan an insurance claim, your name, phone number, optional email, and any notes. We also record how you reached the site (for example, a search engine or ad campaign), the page you submitted from, and your device type.
We don't ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers.
Who we share it with
Copperline is a matching service. We share your request with independent restoration companies that serve your area — usually one, and no more than three — so they can contact you about it. Those companies pay us for the introduction. Once a company receives your request, its own privacy practices apply to how it uses your information.
We also share data with service providers that help us operate (hosting, lead delivery, analytics), under confidentiality obligations. We don't sell your information for unrelated marketing.
Calls and texts
By submitting a request, you agree that Copperline and the restoration companies it shares your request with may call or text the number you provide about that request, including by automated means. Consent isn't a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and call tracking to measure how the site performs. These services may set cookies. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account and use browser controls to limit cookies.
Retention and your choices
We keep request records as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, use the contact page.
